To achieve this goal AJAX has developed a world famous training program, where talented young players go through the various stages of a soccer education program that belongs to the best of the world.

Wim Zielhorst, a very experienced maker of sport films and documentaries spent more than four years at the AJAX training centre THE FUTURE, working together with the coaches, technical staff and the young players to visualize and explain the AJAX training concept for the first time in all its various aspects. This has resulted in a fantastic soccer series of 6 unique DVDs.
